'Hearts to Host Fall Clinic at Bancroft School

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Bravehearts have announced they will host a fall clinic for the first time in team history. The clinic will be hosted at the Bancroft School Field House located at 100 Shore Drive in Worcester and will run from 4-6:30 pm daily during the week of October 17-21. The clinic will feature live instruction from Bravehearts players, coaches and staff members.

The Bravehearts popular July summer camp was attended by over 330 children over two weeks.

“Over the last three summers, the numbers for our youth camps and clinics have increased at an exponential rate,” said Bravehearts General Manager Dave Peterson. “We feel the creation of our fall clinic and the continuation of our spring clinic will give fans the chance to connect with Bravehearts players throughout the off-season.”

Bravehearts Pitching coach Greg Stagani, who pitched for the team during their 2015 championship season, and Operations Manager Aaron Bolduc, who is a former pitcher at UMass-Boston, will lead the clinic. Local players from the 2022 Bravehearts roster will also be in attendance for the clinic.

“From a baseball standpoint, this is an excellent way for young kids to learn high quality baseball instruction,” said Bravehearts Director of Fan Experience Donny Porcaro. “While the clinic will be fundamental-focused, it will blend with the style of the Bravehearts, also teaching these kids the value of sportsmanship, teamwork and most importantly, having fun.”
